Rob, it says hulk, I got some nickname inspiration mid-day. Andrea’s was nemisis, since I think I hear at least one girl a day say “who’s this andrea girl,where did she come from?” and because she’s got a pretty serious track record of coming in half way through the day and smoking people’s times.

I did the CF Total today at the YMCA. I was able to PR each of the lifts by 5 lbs (from my last total).
Back Squat: 270
Overhead Press: 150
Deadlift: 380
Of note, I wussed out on my last 1 rep single of the 270 back squat by not going down far enough, so I went for it again and got it at full depth without racking the bar in between. Not sure if that is legal, but I’m taking it!

I was planning on doing Cindy over the weekend at the teacher retreat, but the hotel didn’t have a pull-up bar (grrr). All they had were globo-gym machines and I wasn’t about to be caught dead on one of those!!! So, I had to hold off and do it today in our garage: 17 1/3 rounds.
I’m super bummed I missed CF Total on Friday. Dang, I am impressed by the numbers people put up! Nice work everyone!
jeff – that is some impressive weight. seriously, that press weight is heavy. i’d say the squat counts. the reason i want to know your total and the other guys is because you guys are like the fire-breathing alpha pack. crazy strong and fast.
