Happy Star Wars Day- “May the 4th be with you.”  Get it?  Thanks Kristin.

This workout was one from the Games last year.  The 275/185 weight seems to have become standard for this year’s Qualifiers.  As such I wanted us to get an opportunity to pick it up a few times.  A couple people mentioned sore backs from last week, but don’t worry, there aren’t any more Deadlifts this week.

The top times from last year were 3:23 for women and 2:33 for men.  Wow.

    Now I know why my time was not up to standard! At first i thought it was the 275# but now I realize I dont have a pair of green sweats! That will change next week ;)
