As much as I love snickers, I&#039;d eat them all and then think of Lisa&#039;s nutrition class and how many carbs are in each one!!</description>

		<description>Yes, I would like to thank everyone who came out to support us yesterday. The Tacoma representation was AWESOME! Some people say they don&#039;t hear the crowd during athletic competitions...well I do. I heard every encouraging word during my WOD and let me tell you that helped light my fire of determination even more.

From an outsiders perspective (ie: my parents and in-laws), they commented on our close camaraderie with one another, like a second family. I couldn&#039;t agree more. It was easy for them to see what Crossfit is all about, by not only watching the events but by observing the web of friendships amongst us all.

My legs are tired and sore today, but not as bad as I thought they&#039;d be. I have to say, I think it&#039;s from all the stretching this past week. After my WOD yesterday I sat down and stretched for a while and it really helped. I&#039;m starting to have greater appreciation for post-workout stretching.  :)

Oh, Matt got some great video of all of us. He&#039;s putting it together right now so that you can see it. More to come on that...</description>
