What more evidence do you need? Milk = trophy

Guess who forgot to bring the camera?  Actually, guess who thought he forgot the camera only to discover that it was in his bag all along?  That’s right, Lisa.

To pick a thread I brought up yesterday, goals, here is a link to some of mine.

As for today’s workout, it went as follows:

15-12-9-6

Thrusters 115/75

Abmat Sit-ups

Box jumps 24/20

Ring Push-ups

The Thrusters were the hard part, they were meant to be heavy, where 15 felt like a few too many.

No results for today, but I do remember that Amanda friggin crushed it.

One more thing, since an hour class doesn’t let us do lifting plus met-con plus warm-up plus skill plus stretching, and since many people show up 30 minutes early, I’ve started putting extra credit on the board for early arrivers.  It’ll be 1 or 2 movements, usually a lift.  Feel free to come a little early or stay a little late if you want to do some extra work.
