Where were you?

A light jog and some jump roping to shake the soreness out was what we needed today. Oh I wish I could see everybody as you went through your day. Seriously though, when fighting soreness like this don’t stop moving. Don’t crash on the couch and wish the soreness away. The pain is unavoidable, but you can reduce and shorten it by getting back in to the gym or going for a jog (a walk isn’t active enough, you’ve got to get the blood flowing).

Todays workout was just what we needed to ease out the tightness in our legs. I felt much better after the workout than before. Congrats to joe on his level-1 cert! Wear it proudly my man
I came and did the workout and woke up even more sore today. I have to go backwards down stairs.
The green box for women should have gone to Emmi for this workout 11:29 rx. There was a box around Lisa’s score and then Emily beat it by a little bit, but I did not notice that the fastest time had already been set. Nice job Emmi and congrats on your first green box.
I do have to say, though, that Lisa should get some kind of colored box for being in the top 3 and doing it with that medicine ball hiding under her shirt.
And Lisa pushed Finley in the stroller!
Did Emmi do the same jump rope and gymnastics program as Lisa? They went to the same elementary school…
