Mashed Tabatas

Guess what we're doing tomorrow?
I don’t get it. When I came into the gym at 3:00 it was relatively cool, cooler than outside at least. As the evening advanced the gym got hotter even as the day cooled. What gives? Whatever the cause, the workout was a sweaty one, but I think it would have been even in the dead of winter.
Front Squats. Yay. Alternating Tabatas with KB Swings and Push-ups. Meat and potatoes.
Anyone else interested in the SEAL Challenge on Aug 8 in Bellevue. The events are :
- 500 yd swim – Side stroke or breast stroke only
- 10 minute rest
- Push ups – Max you can do in 2 minutes
- Sit-ups – Max you can do in 2 minutes
- Pull-ups – As many as you can do (not timed)
- 4 minutes rest
- 1.5 mile run
There are some Standards and Rules you’ll want to know. It’s free to enter.







I like the new change. Ill do the SEAL challenge. I would have to do it early though. Ill sign up for the SEAL competitive. Im just going for the free T-shirt
