A little chipper to send you off for the weekend.  Was the hard part the KB Snatch for everyone else too?

800m run

20 bench press 135/75

4 rope climbs (8 supine to standing)

50 sit-ups

30 pull-ups

15 KB Snatch each arm 53/26

10 Handstand push-ups

As a side note, I had my novice rowers do Tetanus Shot this morning.  None of them have mastered the double-under yet, and 35# was too ambitious for them at this stage in their Crossfit development, so they used a 20 or 25.  Watching them suffer through their first week of Crossfit workouts, and watching them do a WOD we just did really sent home the effectiveness of what we do.  These are all young, relatively fit men, but Emmi would have destroyed them today.  In fact, there are too many people to list here who attacked this workout and came away with very respectable times.  I don’t want to sound like I’m talking down my rowers in any way, they did well, but they are in the very early days of Crossfit and it’s kind of fun to compare them to you firebreathers and think about how they are going to be like y’all in a few months.
