Emily is desperate for a new car
I don’t think that vengeance was on Andrea’s mind when she programmed this workout, but it sure felt like it. The WOD was:
30 Deadlifts 225/135 *Challenge 315/185
30 Double Unders
30 Dumbbell Suckies (Hang Squat Clean to Overhead, then lunge)
30 Ring Push ups
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Superpeople
It was nice of you ladies to let Andrea get the green box on her birthday workout. Maybe she will return the favor someday. It was another good turnout today. Saturday’s are becoming my favorite day and not just because of breakfast.
