Saturday was one of my favorite days ever at CF. I've never lifted heavy before EVER. I even expierenced a little 'lift rage' while embarrassing, it was kind of cool to care that much about making my weights...thanks again it was really fun.

Was it Hunter that had the 5 minute press? I swear I've never seen the bar go up so slowly. Had that been Pat Rocker there would have been an entire monologue of obscenities there.
Then David would look like he'd forget he was lifting when it was halfway up, the bar would start to come down again, and then he'd remember to finish the lift.

Nice work all.

Props to Aaron with the top total 805, and Matt G who was 50 pounds less than that but didn't do the Press to avoid aggravating an injury. Also, Rosemary gets special mention for a 166 deadlift. She is one of my favorite people to cheer.

Your last press had me worried the bar was comin down on your head David, but you stuck it like a champ.

Morgan's reenactment of that was pretty hilarious!
