Dumbbell Snatch Test

Great position at the top of the first pull.

I almost used the kettlebell snatch today, but I didn’t want to bruise you guys up this early in the week.  The kettlebell snatch takes more coordination and allows for faster transition between reps, definitely worth taking the time to learn.  Nic, our resident kettlebell instructor, says the KB snatch will click with some people and others will take weeks to learn.  It’s nice to have an easier alternative, but the option was there for people who wanted to challenge themselves.
