Marcel has lost around 30 pounds since he last trained with us by cutting out grains and sugars and applying some intermittent fasting.
No measuring, no obsessing about calories, just ate good quality food and his body changed.
This stuff works.

Now I&#039;m looking forward to the epic head-to-head battles between Marcel and Peter they used to have.</description>
