I thought I was in college again when I decided to have a 16oz beer before doing Elizabeth. I was wrong, not a good thing at all. Remember, a good women loves a clean and sober man. Plus the entimacy is better and extremely intense.

The only reason I drank before the WOD was that I was with a client and I had to take one for the team. Still, it's no excuse, I'm a bad boy.

I have a love hate relationship with "Elizabeth". It always sounds like a good idea, but somewhere during the first 21 I think "what the hell am I doing here?" It is a good one, thats for sure. And I second Dave's motion, form makes the biggest difference. I felt like something clicked during my set of 15 with consistency, they almost became easy.

Dang you dan!! I mean good job buddy! Today was awesome; however, my quads would disagree. Technique is so important with this lift. The last time I did this I had shitty technique and got 12:34 (I was not jumping under the bar). Today with proper-er technique, I got 9:33 :)
