100 Pull ups

100 Push ups

100 Sit ups

100 Squats

This would be an all together different workout if you were allowed to break up the reps in any way you like.  Physically there is not much difference.  The same amount of work is being done but it takes a little more determination to finish one thing before moving on to the next.  It reminds me of having to finish your vegetables before getting any dessert.  But, in this case, dessert is sit ups and squats.

    Dan’s pulling his right leg up really, really hard. He “helped” him get another 4 or so inches range of motion. The other two guys were holding him down and trying to muffle his screams for help.

    Angie, oh I mean Leon, my torn open calluses are cursing you as well as my vball teammates since all i did tonight was complain about how sore I was and that is why I played like crap. I don’t think Angie and I can be friends. :)

    Still waiting for my arms to straighten out completely. The tension in my biceps has made for an interesting spectacle at work this week. I look like a robot walking around the bar.

    It is Sunday…and I still cannot straighten my arms all the way! I hear ya Cory…I am looking like a robot too….ugh!

    Today, Sunday, has been the first day without pain (still soreness) in my biceps tendon as well. My left arm especially. I am looking forward to this week and actually being able to do some workouts!

    I didn’t realize soreness could last this long! For the last 5 days I feel like I’ve been recovering from being beat up in a dark ally (dark makes it a worse beating). I’m a little worried Saturday might return this feeling!
