		<description>I wasn&#039;t able to make it into the gym today, but I was able to squeeze in a run. I am pretty sure it was 3 miles maybe more, it is a typical loop I run in north tacoma, but I did love the sunshine.</description>

		<description>Once again the random work out has left me sore.  Haven&#039;t run three miles straight in about 7 years.
I jogged the first lap then walked/sprinted the rest of the way.  I just need to get up to my sprint speed (relative) for 3 miles.</description>
