Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups
It was a pretty good turn out this morning for such a mean workout. I put up a more sensible version of this workout (“The Five”) for those who enjoy being able to move over the weekend. There were some great efforts today. Matt W. did it in 53 minutes rx’d. Barry did it in 36 minutes with everything rx’d except for being a little short on ROM for the handstand push ups. That was an impressive performance.
As for the women, I think it is becoming redundant to say that Crossfit Tacoma’s women are bad a$$. Emmi gets a point or two extra today for finishing the workout and then giving herself a pedicure on the spot. Who does that? Well, Emmi does.









Thrusters are the bane of my existence!
That was a little slice of awful, but the 8am class made suffering bearable. Thanks guys!
The thrusters were definitely the worst part of this workout, especially after Thursday and Fridays workouts.
