Healthy Eating Round Table

Our Pine st. Clean Eaters have been doing extra awesome this time around.  Craig from CavemanBistro.com has been a big help with our success.  He would like to expand his circle of helpfulness to all.  He called it a “lecture series”, but I think it is meant to be more of a round table discussion group.  Whatever you call it, it should be a fun informational get together.  Below is the info.

PALEO LECTURE SERIES:

I will be hosting a series of Paleo food talks at the Tacoma Strength gym the next three Thursday evenings. The tentative topics are (topics and times subject to change):

February 16 “Circles of Paleoness; How to survive in real world eating situations.” Participants are invited to bring a take out menu from their favorite restaurant for discussion.

February 23 “Getting Kids to eat their Veggies; A Paleo primer for getting all the kids in your life, including your spouse, to drink your healthy Paleo Kool-Aid.” WITH SPECIAL GUEST CO-HOST LISA HEPFER!

March 1st  ”Spices; How to add healthy zing to your Paleo meals.” For this date, there will be exotic spices available for purchase.

Talks will begin at 6pm and conclude an hour or so later. Please bring a folding travel chair, unless you’re comfortable sitting on the floor. Please bring a Paleo snack to share if you would like (not mandatory.)

Come do the 430 WOD, then hang out and chat about Paleo issues.

Open to all interested. Free to current CrossFit Tacoma Tacoma Strength gym members, ($5 for non members for the talk, and drop in rates will apply for the 430 WOD.)

Hope to see you there!
