Our beginner programs

3rd Saturday Foundations Workshop – Held every 3rd Saturday from 8am to 12pm.  We cover everything from nutrition, programming, and rehabilitation to 12 essential movement skills.  This is a great way to learn how to properly perform fundamental movements for use in your garage or globogym.  Individuals who want to continue training with us must either attend this workshop or complete the 3 Session Beginner Series.

3 Session Beginner Program- Train under the close supervision of a coach to learn and demonstrate foundational movement skills.  People who wish to continue training at Tacoma Strength must either complete this series or the 3rd Saturday Foundations Workshop.  You must attend all three sessions.  Missed sessions can be made up for $50.
